The department has specialised in development of advanced methods and computational tools for structural analysis, design and operation of marine structures. A unique combination of theoretical know- ledge, extensive laboratory facilities and engineering experience is our basis. Work is carried out in close cooperation with NTNU Faculty of Engineering Science and Technology, Div. of Marine Structures.
