New release of SPIDER

The latest version of SPIDER, version 2.3, was released in February 2003. Besides improved optimisation, new functionality is included/improved:

• Work regulations within the EEA are modeled, and can be reconfigured to model many variants of these rules. Violations of the work regulations can be reported, and optimisation tries to avoid such violations.
• It is possible to specify alternative locations for a given task. The optimiser tries to select the location that gives the best plan.
• It is also possible to specify alternative time periods for a given order. The optimiser tries to select the time period that gives the best plan.
