Risers and pipelines

Oil and gas developments are moving into deeper waters and into areas with rough seabeds. A special challenge facing field concepts is the in-field oil and gas transportation system, comprising pipelines, risers and umbilicals. New technology is needed for the safe design, installation and operation of such systems.
