TeCoMan - tool for new plant performance measure

MARINTEK has, together with Statoil og Forsmark Kraftgrupp AB, developed the computer based tool TeCoMan to establish Technical Condition Index, TCI. TeCoMan comprises functionality for establishment of system hierarchies (e.g. for safety and economy). The results can easily be distributed applying the internet application TeCoView.

Software features

• System hierarchy definition
• Input variables from proprietary systems like e.g. Maintenance Management Systems,
• Process Control Systems and Condition Monitoring Systems
• Performance hierachy configuration using predefined aggreagation functions (possible to define several different performance hierarchies)
• Transformation of measurements into TCI
• Result presentation (Traffic lights showing status (e.g. green=0K, yellow=alert, red=alarm))
• Easy distribution of all results via MS Internet Explorer or Netscape
