Laboratory Services

SINTEF Energy Research shares laboratories and equipment with NTNU’s department of Electrical Power Engineering at the  Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications and the departments of Applied Mechanics, Thermo-dynamics and Fluid Dynamics; Refrigeration and Air Conditioning; and Thermal Energy and Hydropower at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

 

In cooperation with NTNU, we have 7000 m2 of modern laboratories available for research, development and education. The main objective of the laboratories is to contribute new research results for the benefit of national and international industry and business. In addition to R&D, other laboratory services are also offered, in order to utilize any spare capacity and to provide industrially relevant experience and training for our staff.
